Terms of
Service
Last updated: July 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Deathstack (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The service
Deathstack is web-based hospital management software for managing departments, wards, beds, patients, appointments, admissions, lab orders, pharmacy stock, billing, and payments. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued at any time.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Your data
You retain ownership of the data you store in the Service (patient records, clinical entries, financial entries, documents). You grant us the limited right to process that data solely to operate the Service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to store any personal data you enter about others, including the health information of patients.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access other users' data, disrupting the Service, reverse engineering it, or using it for unlawful purposes.
6. Financial records
The Service helps you track bills, payments, and balances, but it is a record-keeping tool, not accounting, tax, or legal advice. Verify figures independently before relying on them.
7. Not a medical device
The Service is a record-keeping and administrative tool. It is not a medical device, it does not provide clinical decision support, and it must not be relied on for diagnosis or treatment. Clinical judgement remains entirely with the treating clinician, and generated documents (such as draft consent forms) are drafts for review, not a substitute for legal or medical advice.
8. Availability & liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, data loss, or lost profits arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination you may request an export of your data within a reasonable period.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
