Questions
Do I need a card to start?
No. Free is genuinely free. Sign up, submit your company PAN, and once an admin approves it you have full access to the Free plan.
Why do you need my company PAN?
It confirms you are a registered health provider before patient records are stored on your account. Submit it at signup and an admin reviews it — usually within a working day.
What happens when I reach my patient limit?
We tell you before you hit it. Existing records stay accessible and nothing is deleted — you just cannot register new patients until you move up a plan. Email hi@deathstack.com and we'll raise the limit once payment is verified.
