We are designing — Reengineered Cells
Biological Design of programmable living systems
Reengineered living systems, Reengineered Cells are biological cells that can be programmed and optimized for new functions, enabling breakthroughs in diagnostics, therapeutics, and bio-computation.
We are building — CBM
Continuous biomarker monitoring
A dermal biosensing device for measuring multiple biomarkers, the CBM biochip can diagnose from a single snapshot to real-time, facilitating bio-programming for better health.
Medicine has enabled us to extend lifespan and healthspan. But can we use it to extend the lifespan of individual organs? This reading explains a computational stack designed to delay death (by organs), a concept we call the Deathstack (Biostack).
