Rells, CBM & Deathstack HMS
Reengineered Cells and continuous biomarkers
At the forefront of biotechnology, we are pioneering two innovations: Reengineered Cells, living systems that function as programmable biological cells, and CBM, continuous biomarker monitoring that expands beyond glucose to track multiple biomarkers in real time. Together, they represent a shift from isolated snapshots to continuous, dynamic insight into health.
The work
Our work bridges synthetic biology, electrochemistry, materials science, cellular engineering, microfluidics, and computational plus biological design. This multidisciplinary approach demands intense engineering, and we are committed to pushing the boundaries of what is possible to advance diagnostics, therapeutics, and personalized health.
The direction
We are reimagining biological design and working toward continuous health monitoring as a practical reality.

What Deathstack is
Deathstack is a web-based hospital management system for hospitals and clinics in Nepal. Patient records, appointments, admissions, wards and beds, lab orders, pharmacy stock, billing and payments live in one workspace instead of across registers, spreadsheets and chat threads.
Built for Nepal
Everything is in Nepali Rupees. Phone numbers are validated as 10-digit Nepali mobiles. Bill and appointment reminders go out over SMS through a Nepali gateway, because that is what patients actually read. The whole system is shaped around how hospitals in Kathmandu Valley and beyond really run.
The admission is the spine
Most software makes you maintain status by hand. Deathstack derives it: whether a bed is Occupied, whether a patient is Admitted or an Outpatient, how long a stay has run, a patient's balance, and whether a bill is Paid all follow from the admission dates and the payments recorded against them. Less bookkeeping, fewer things to forget.
Your data is yours
Every account only ever sees its own records — that is enforced in the database itself, not just in the interface. Signed consent forms are stored privately and opened through short-lived links that expire, never a public URL.
